Make Money With Your BlogIf you are still struggling with how to make money with your blog, you are not alone.  There are a lot of bloggers that struggle to get their blogs into profitability.  There is plenty of money to be made out there, but there is also a huge amount of competition for reader’s attention and dollars.  I will spend some time today covering how you can use a proven system to help you make money blogging.  You will find that you will have to be willing to jump in and “do the work”, but the rewards will be totally worth it.  Here are my top 5 tips on how you can get your blog “into the money” by using a proven system:

1.  Only write 500+ word posts with unique ideas and content –  You do not even want to put up a post on your new blog if it is not at least 500 words long.  You do not want to copy other people’s ideas exactly and “regurgitate” their ideas to your readers.  You need to come up with your own unique writing style and spin.  Your readers will tolerate no less.  You need to make sure you are “wowing” your readers with each and every one of your posts, and you won’t have to worry about making money on your blog.  It will be happening.

2.  Spend 75% of your writing effort towards back linking –  This is a point that 90% or more of bloggers miss out on.  You will not get your blog a lot of visitors and search engine rankings by simply putting up post after post on your blog.  As I said earlier, there is a lot of competition out there.  You are going to have to do the work to get your blog noticed.  Back linking is the easiest and most effective way to do this.  If you are not back linking, you are not following a proven success system.  If you don’t know how to back link, take a couple of days and learn.  There are great tutorials all over the Internet that will help you learn how to do this.  This is a critical “must have” skill.  Make sure you have this skill in your arsenal.

3.  Engage your readers from day one —  This is a big factor to your success.  You do not want to put up a bunch of impersonal posts and expect to get a group of “raving fans”.  It does not work that way.  You need to start to engage your readers from the first day your blog is up.  You want to solicit comments on a regular basis, and do your best to get a dialog going with your readers.  You will get so much beneficial information directly from your readers. They will tell you what you need to write about if you let them.  When you give your readers the information they want, you will succeed and make money from your blogging.  You want to know what your readers want.  This is the only way to ensure a high level of reader satisfaction.

4.  Help your readers solve their particular problems —  I am sure you hear about problem solving all the time.  If you are not connecting directly with your readers yet, you need to get into other blogs and forums in your chosen niche.  These can be great sources of information for you.  You will be able to see in writing exactly what your niche is having problems with today.  You want to do your best to provide solutions to specific problems.  You do not want to just make general comments that covers a broad range of topics.  You want to get as specific as possible and cover how to solve particular problems your readers are experiencing.  When you provide this kind of value on your blog, you will start to develop a strong following.  This is where your income will start to flow from.

5.  Use “pre-sell” techniques in your standard posts —  There is nothing wrong with selling products in your posts.  I do it all the time.   The key is to use “pre-sell” techniques that help your reader truly understand how a particular product can really help them with their problems.  The more specific you can be with your information, the better your pre-sell will be.  Always share your personal experiences with the products you are recommending.  This will help your readers realize that you are actually using the products you are talking about.  This is very important to many of your readers.

If you use some of these time tested processes, you will greatly improve your chances of making sales and money from your blog.  You need to help your readers with their specific issues, and they will be very happy to take a look at the products and services you are recommending.  Do things in the right sequence and order, and you will get much better results from your blogging.
